It's the Carnival of Notebooking!

Many thanks go out to the wonderful ladies who decided to participate this go-round. This will be the last Carnival before the summer kicks in, because many people will be taking off the summer from serious academic pursuits. But I fully expect everyone to dive in next fall!

Without further ado, let's see this week's submissions:

Jimmie always has great ideas to share, and I like how she combines notebooking with a smidge of lapbooking talent in her post which can be found here.

Penney is a first-time participant with some adorable pictures about some notebooking work her children did for "Monday the Bullfrog". Penney makes some great points about how siblings can use their strengths to help each other in their respective schoolwork. Penney's post can be found here.

Shanna is another first-time participant who is also a "notebooking newbie" as she puts it. She took her kids out for their first venture into nature journaling and has recorded their sweet pictures here for everyone to enjoy.

Sheri rejoins us this week with a notebooking lesson her family did on "Tiger of the Snows: Tenzing Norgay", about the man who climbed Everest with Edmund Hillary. Sheri's post is not only a great example of notebooking, but also a nice little mini-study help with links for others. Sheri's post is here.

Debbie is also new to the Carnival with her submission here. Debbie shares some of her favorite pages that her children have done this year, and they're adorable. Thank you, Debbie, for joining in and sharing!

That's it for this week's Carnival! I hope you all have a great summer, and come up with lots of great ideas for next year!

NotebookLearning will continue to post new pages on a sporadic basis through the summer. Look for us as a vendor at Heart of the Matter's online homeschool conference later this summer (they're running an early-bird special of just $19.95 right now - be sure to tell them I sent you!), and for us to be back to a full posting schedule in the fall! If you want to be sure not to miss anything without having to check in on a constant basis, look up in the top right-hand corner and either subscribe to the newsletter, or subscribe to our feed in your favorite feedreader. Or do both!

Thanks again to our submitters - Carnivals aren't possible without you!

I am trying so hard to get started with lapbooks and notebooks but I find it difficult for a number of reasons. Thank you for putting a blog carnival together about it, and I hope someday I may have a submission!
