Notebooking Page: Author, Author! book report pages

Several month ago I created the blank "Author, Author!" matchbooks for use in book reports. I still haven't gotten around to ones that have actual author pictures on them, but I do have the book report pages made that go with them. Simply use the notebooking page to write the book report, then use the "matchbook" to do a smaller report or list of facts about the book's author, and glue it into the corner:
